UNIVERSITY OF DAYTON 1962 AND 1968 NIT CHAMPS

The University of Dayton is a private Catholic university in Dayton, Ohio. The full-time undergraduate student enrollment is less than 7,000 with the total student enrollment approximately 10,000. The University of Dayton competes in the Atlantic Ten Conference. The University of Dayton competes as the Dayton Flyers, with mascot “Rudy Flyer.” In 1962 and 1968, the men’s basketball team won the National Invitation Tournament against St. John’s and Kansas.
