The following individuals have been enshrined in the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame and are connected to the Cincinnati Royals as a player, coach, or contributor. The Royals were in Cincinnati from 1952-1972, before becoming the Kansas City-Omaha Kings before the start of the 1972-73 season. The team moved to Sacramento in 1984-85, where it remains today.
